Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

They are sent via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

We will send you a link to track your package online as soon as it becomes available.

The shipping costs are actually a “participation”. Phoenix Innovation will pay for part of the shipping costs.

This includes the preparation and packaging costs as well as the postage costs. 

The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
